B2B Refund & Cancellation Policy
MetrixMedia operates as a specialized Business-to-Business (B2B) professional services provider. Our work is executed under agreed scope descriptions and fixed-fee Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Please read this refund policy carefully before entering into an agreement.
1. Fixed-Fee professional Services
All client onboarding setup fees, visual brand audit charges, corporate design phases, and custom code developments are billed as fixed-fee engagements. Due to the custom labor component involved in visual brand building, software code engineering, and API middleware configuration, payments made for milestone achievements or monthly retainers are non-refundable once design, analysis, or code development activities have commenced.
2. SLA-Backed Deliverable Guarantees
We stand behind the stability and delivery timeline of our digital infrastructure setups. If MetrixMedia fails to deliver a scheduled launch milestone within 14 business days of the approved SLA deadline (excepting client-side review delays, payment lags, or third-party platform API outages), the client is entitled to a fee credit towards future development iterations, proportionate to the delayed component value.
3. Term & SLA Termination
Monthly recurring infrastructure and maintenance agreements may be terminated by either party with a written notice of thirty (30) days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Outstanding invoices for work completed during the notice period must be cleared before repository assets or project control is transferred back to the client.
4. Project Suspension
If a client pauses active development or fails to communicate project specifications for more than 45 consecutive days, MetrixMedia reserves the right to archive the development branch, invoice for completed hours, and apply a reactivation fee to re-allocate engineering resources.
